1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, enquiry forms, and services of Sky Deals Travel and Tourism LLC (“Sky Deals,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or purchasing services through us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Company & contact
Sky Deals Travel and Tourism LLC provides travel, visa, and related services as described on our website and in your booking communications. You can reach us at the contact details shown on the website (including address, phone, and email) and we may use the same channels to communicate with you about your request or booking.
3. Services we offer
Our services may include, where applicable: visa assistance, visa change services, travel packages (including Umrah), hotel bookings, travel insurance, air tickets, and other arrangements as agreed in writing. Specific inclusions, exclusions, dates, and prices are as confirmed in your quotation, booking confirmation, or invoice. Website descriptions are for general information only and do not replace a confirmed offer.
4. Enquiries, quotes & bookings
Enquiries and online forms are invitations to treat, not a binding offer. A booking becomes binding when we confirm it in writing (including email) and you meet any payment or document requirements we set out. You are responsible for the accuracy of names, travel dates, passport details, and other information you provide. Errors caused by incorrect information you supply may result in additional fees or service limitations.
- You must be at least 18 years old to enter a contract with us, or a parent or legal guardian must act for you where applicable by UAE law.
- Passports and travel documents must be valid for the required period. Visa and entry rules are set by government authorities; approval is not guaranteed by us.
5. Prices & payment
Prices are typically quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise. Government fees, surcharges, and supplier rates can change; we will inform you of the price applicable to your confirmed booking. Payment methods, deposits, and due dates are as agreed at booking. Unpaid amounts may result in delay or cancellation of services.
6. Cancellations, changes & refunds
Cancellation and amendment rules depend on the type of product (e.g. visa, package, hotel, flight) and the supplier’s terms. Where we act as an agent, the supplier’s conditions may apply in addition to ours. We will use reasonable efforts to process changes and refunds according to the rules that apply to your specific booking, but we cannot guarantee recovery of amounts already paid to third parties.
7. Insurance
We recommend suitable travel insurance for medical cover, trip cancellation, and other risks. If we arrange insurance for you, the policy terms of the insurer apply. We are not liable for cover disputes between you and the insurer.
8. Website & content
Content on this website is for general information. We try to keep it accurate but it may change without notice. Trademarks, branding, and materials on the site are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or misuse the site in a way that harms us or other users.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the UAE, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive loss, or for events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: decisions by government or immigration bodies, flight delays, supplier failures, pandemic-related restrictions, or force majeure. Our total liability in connection with a specific booking, where not prohibited by law, is generally limited to the amount you paid to us for that booking (excluding third-party fees already passed through). This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.
10. Personal data & privacy
We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE and other requirements where they apply.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai, UAE, shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer where applicable law says otherwise.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the website or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where a stricter notice period is required by law.
13. Contact
For questions about these Terms, contact us using the details on our website (including email and office address in Dubai, UAE).
